Booting Galaxy S to Recovery Mode

  • Turn off the device
  • Press and hold Volume Up + Home + Power buttons
  • On samsung splash/intro screen release the Power button while still holding the Home button
  • Use the Volume Up and Down buttons to navigate to the Recovery mode in the list
